CAE Ultra Shifter for Suzuki Swift Sport 2005-2010  MZ / ZC31s

CAE Ultra Shifter - Optimised for motor sports with the following Features:

Short and super-precise shifting travel, exclusively H-pattern The clutch system remains in its original form. Characterised by its optimal ergonomics with a focus on motor sports: perfect positioning of the shift lever close to the steering wheel.
The shift pattern is confined to approx. 80 x 80 mm. Shifter uses the ginternal gearbox reverse lock aout . Low weight and high stability: the milled and lathed parts consist of 7075 aluminium alloy; the substructures are made out of laser-cut, 3 mm thick AlMg3 aluminium. The parts are combined in the WIG welding process and brushed blank for an optimal finish. Problem-free shifting of gears under stress or in curves. Integrated centre position spring, ensuring perfect feedback when changing columns while shifting up and down. Right/left stops and reverse gear stop adjustable separately. Simple installation through complete conversion kit: All systems are delivered with all small parts, fastening material and detailed installation instructions. Shifters is intended for vehicles with interior/centre console and make use of the mounting points and cables of the original shift lever Center console himself has not to be modified, just the cover Frame

Surface of the shifter and shift knob selectable in different versions, optional against extra charge wrapped with grey alcantara with colored X-seam.

First of all a big thank you to CAE for an excellent product as well as customer service.
Before buying, I did have doubts, fearing that the shifter might put more stress to the synchros, result in premature gearbox wear. After using the shifter, all doubts are gone, I wish I had done this earlier. Due to the longer lever, the force required to shift gears has decreased, resulting in a much better control over the force applied by the hand. Any stress to the gearbox would be a very conscious driver decision, certainly not because of the shifter!
Having clarified the above, the overall function as well as finish of the product makes it clear that this has been manufactured with pride. All welds are beautifully finished, while the short, precise and solid movement of the shifter makes every gear change a pleasure.
Last but not least, the commitment to costumer satisfaction shows in the delivery package. All parts were nicely packaged, CAE even included a bottle of the recommended lubricant (which is not very easy to find or cheap), as well as stickers, a keychain, even gummy bears for the kids!

Thanks to CAE and I would highly recommend their products to anyone interested in a shifter!
