The German Packaging Ordinance stipulates that manufacturers and distributors must participate in a dual system with their sales packaging that has been filled with goods and put into circulation for the first time or take it back and recycle it themselves.
This also applies to the online mail order business and affects all packaging materials. To ensure compliance with our legal obligation, we fulfill the current requirements according to § 6 VerpackV and from 01.01.2019 according to § 7 VerpackG.
